What an amazing welcome! St Johns is such a beautiful place with such beautiful people. They greeted my entire family with REAL purple flower leis. They were wonderful. The music for our worship included a pipe organ and a violinist who caught me off guard....I heard this wonderful sound and then realized we had a violin. What a treat! We enjoyed breaking bread together and we shared birthday joy over a terrific cake in the parish hall for Chloe who turned eleven today. Has it been that long! It has been a nice relaxing day here...a good sabboth! There is a new playground at St Johns thanks to some hard work today by a few really committeed members of teh church who worked all day. Kiah and Calum assure me that it is fun and everything works...and they are experts. Blessings to you all....and Happy King Kamahamaha day to you tomorrow. Aloha. K+
