We were treated to a magnificent dinner behind the rectory for Holy Innocents church which sits right on the Lahaina coast facing West. We enjoyed playing in the waves before settling down to a nice meal with several wonderful Lahaina folks. What a glorious evening...and the children could not have done better with their own table...and the Disney channel on the big TV after dark! One final highlight of the evening was having a dear member of St. Johns join us to play beautiful violin music during our meal. It was just sheer luxury to hear Vivaldi in the presence of such beauty. God's splendor is radiant...and particularly in the hearts of good people breaking bread together. Hope your Sunday is wonderful. I am excited about my second Sunday at St. Johns. Can't wait to hear teh doxology again! Aloha. Kris+
